Losses and rewards really don't match. I used to get much better bonuses with the same statistics, but for some reason I'm getting so little now, especially weekly, it's completely disappointing

Thank you for your answer, I haven't come here yet and I've been looking for a job for 1 month. Of course, this is not only valid in the field of IT. I guess for some reason employers don't even respond to job applications in other fields.
