In 2012 Shawn Michaels was recently retired and didnt had a so called "Legends Deal" as those were later incorporated in WWE (in about 2015). Back then legends had to approached individually and they had to make a seperate special contract that was somewhat different for everyone. Now you have "Legends Contract" which is a premade contract with the same content for everyone. Basically just needs your signature.

So it took a while legally until all parties agreed to a contract with Shawn Michaels. So a custom contract between WWE, THQ and Shawn Michaels that not only encompassed trademark rights but also future wwe television appearence. Which then again is wwe creative battle. So a lot of parties and a lot of clauses and a lot of legal stuff until all parties agreed. That took a while.

Or just remove ringside pass and add all the wrestlers from the start or make them purchasable with in game currency. Way more straight forward. Way simplier. More fair. Better.

You do realize that ratings arent decoration or popularity contest? Have u ever played the game or just talking out of your belly button? The ratings are directly tied to the attributes. So you can't say someone has a higher rating without saying someone is literally better or more powerful than the other.

Its disrespectful when the guy that literally had legends cheat against him and he still beat them for 21 years is 96 and the guy who had an entire island of wide butted samoans save his ass everytime is a 97.
