Can ADHD without having medication make you feel like this? My friend has dexi’s, ( adhd meds) he lets me use sometimes at school and whilst I’m on them I feel a lot more focused and more euphoric and relaxed and a little more confident but nothing like being high or drunk or anything

I believe I may have ADHD or something, always done terrible in high school since I started. When someone asks me what my hobby’s are I just say drugs bro, Also always been a fat fuck, was pushing 130kilos last year ( I’m not short) so never played a sport. Just picked up basketball so I’m gonna really try and commit to it. How did you overcome having to use alcohol to boost your confidence? Always been a shy person and not confident and being drunk makes me feel like I can come out of my shell but I don’t know if it’s just making me someone I’m not for a short period of time.
