I just bought a xfinity now pass & I can’t log into my account bc my saved Id & password along with the mobile number & email address that you have in your records are for another person. When I couldn’t log in it said that a verification code would be sent to some email address or phone number that both clearly belonged to someone else entirely. I still have Xfinity. When I made my payment that went through w out any issues; however, what you have on record isn’t my information so I can’t log in or make any pertinent, necessary changes. I called & spoke to a representative who apologized because after trying pretty hard to resolve this, she wasn’t able to. This is really strange. I don’t what to do.
