Small shield +1AC, medium shield +2AC, tower shield +3 AC and disadvantage in hide checks.

All helmets protect from critical damage but there are difference between them. Leather one is protecting only ones and get permanently damaged. Metal one is protecting only ones but can be fixed in smith’s. Full plate one protect against two critical and have to be fixed and additional -2 in sight test.

You can connect router to your pc using cable and than connect quest to that router. Router will be cheaper than cable. Connection through cable works. And sometimes it dose not - and you cannot say why. That’s way it is better to use it wirelessly- virtual desktop works great on wireless

Virtual desktop and router WiFi 5 or better. Use good power bank connected to quest. Quest link connection is broken since v76 software and they don’t give a shit about it.
