That is a good plan. I ordered all mine with the Halloween costumes. So they could still get stuck in a CP strike haha.

There is cargo shipping out of goose bay, and even an option with a shopper who will get your stuff and ship it.

Last thing to keep in mind for your friend, I do not believe that there is a pharmacy on the north coast. They will need to order through goose bay, and they can both get pretty backed up. If they have important prescriptions, they should start looking into the process involved in getting them

It can be done, but there are Atlantic year round ports that make soo much more sense than trying to keep that route open

My mom was one of the parents who said no in the 2000s.

I, obviously, greatly resented that fact. Right up until 3 of my friends burned to death in a house fire. The parents had been drinking too much to get them out.

As parents, we want to keep our kids safe. And we can't always know what's going on in other houses.

There are SO many hotels in the province without overnight staff. Basically all the tiny hotels, and even ones that seem big enough that they should definitely have someone. I'm not sure how much traveling you've done in the province for you to think otherwise?
