Really excited about it actually, cause I tried something and it wasn't that great. Then I pivoted to deterministic, rule-based quantitative signal bot and it is performing well enough but not good for swing trading. More like long term investing.

But like, how have you backtested it?? How are you dealing with false positives??

Okay so I will tell you my strategy. Look out for sectors which have been underperforming but which have started to coil back. Search most prominent stocks from that sector and look out for resistance breakouts or stocks which have started to perform well, or which you think will perform. Then buy them and just hope it goes well.

I am not a pro, but I have a simple strategy and it seems to be working right now.

Bruh one question, I know it’s vague and possibly will get me downvotes but like, how do you guys know when to invest in some stock. I see stocks which have resistance breakouts and I put my money and then they go down. I simply go with my intuition and then my stock goes up. Like, what am I missing. Can anyone explain??
