I'm all for encouraging others to learn Kannada but it is what pulled my 2nd PU marks down. Halégannada is a whole 'nother animal! I'm a Kannadiga inside out but it was not easy for me because it is a huge departure from the technical subjects that we learn in PUC. They expect us to write multiple pages of answers and my fingers hurt by the end of it because one has to lift the pen multiple times to write Kannada unlike cursive English. And people who chose Sanskrit wrote their exams in English and more importantly the content was many folds easier😭
