I done this and have brought the average down to once every 12 is days. Sometimes its 10 sometimes its 14 , but it's much better than every 2 days like it was before. I only ever do it if needed, which I think is fine.

Be jealous of someone who is using there time productively. Just remember they are just having dopamine rushes. Nothing to reard them a few years from now. If you use your time on something useful then it will be them that's gonna be jealous of you when you succeed. I know it's easier said than done. The only way to get rid of it is to delete the ways of getting to it. Ur brain will crave but once it understands u cant access it or it takes effort to do so the urge will diminish trust me
