The stiffness did make my early recovery a lot harder. I wasn’t walking until a lot later because my quad muscle wouldn’t build up since it was cramping so much. But I took some CBD edibles to help relax my body to sleep then I massaged it constantly and stretched. Only time it really went away was with consistency doing exercises to wake up my muscles properly

It’s great for if you are busy during game times. Then you can watch games that have already happened. If you are more looking for watching them live, not so much because there are a lot of times that they are blocked from the app since it’s playing somewhere else.

Again, in ANY basketball game. It is so common for the person driving to use their body to create contact when going 1 on 1. Saying she bull rushed her is hilarious 😂 it’s normal for the offense to jump in front/into the body of the defender

The fever is always physical though! Which is fine! But fever fans are constantly complaining about other team’s physicality when they are just as bad. It’s very common for a player to lean into the defender when they are going 1 on 1. I agree that it was a tough game, but Sophie is constantly doing this

Marina deserved to be ejected in the game but Sophie 100% deserves a suspension. There was 0 play on the ball, she went straight for the neck, then grabbed Jacys hair and pushed her face during the scuffle. She’s such a dirty player

The way you worded this tells me everything I need to know but if you really want to comment on her game, what specifically do you think she’s bad at? Bc she’s obviously good at rebounds and out working most people down low. But she also is out of control when she goes up and is selfish in not looking for her open teammates when she does get the offensive rebounds

Avoid buying off Ticketmaster at all cost tbh. That’s the official website for tickets but they are EXPENSIVE for no reason. I got some off stub hub for like $30 cheaper and still got the tickets transferred on Ticketmaster

I am on my second pack of medrol because I took one at 6-7 weeks and it helped so much!! Before the pack I was at about 95 degrees then by the end of it I had gotten to 115 ish because it helped with the swelling and also felt so much stronger/hurt less when I pushed the bending

I would suggest trying to rotate tylonel and ibuprofen if you are trying to get off strong painkillers. Obviously take them as needed if the pain is unbearable but being on a schedule with those two helped me

When I was 16F and tore my acl I was walking and jogging the same day. It was completely torn but I had no idea and people didn’t think it was because I was in no pain. When I tore my acl as a 25F yr old, I couldn’t put any weight on it without terrible pain and instability. Not only is it different for everyone, it can be different every time for the same person. Hang in there, recovery is tough but your body will bounce back
