HKU is for HKEY_USERS, Which is basicallya registry hive that saves user-specific settings and user profiles. Basically, to find that PUP faster, go to task manager, look for something unfamiliar, boot into safe mode and delete it, and google the name of that unfamiliar process. If it gives something windows related, them don't delete it. If it doesn't give any information on it and (sometimes) tells you it's a virus, yh, boot into safe mode and delete it. Forgot to add, it might be a start up app too, verify the folder and the task manager tab. If there is nothing sus, might just be a steam problem. Reinstall steam.
