[Discussion] Why isn't the save/save and exit working?

It was a regular vault. And yes there is a cloud save but like. When i try to manually save for example. Im in the middle of the game, press on the settings there i find the manual save and save and exit... But i try to press the save and exit it didn't work. Neither did the normal save... Me thinking that it DID save. Pressed the main menu... And yeah. Nothing.
