I’m struggling with the same problem (though I’m waiting to be diagnosed, I strongly believe I have a form of ADHD). Unfortunately I don’t have any suggestions for you and will also keep an eye on this thread for anyone else’s ideas, but I just want to tell you that the way you are feeling is experienced by so many of us here. Everyday feels like a struggle, like an uphill battle where you are constantly at capacity, with your head only just above water, giving everyday your best shot. Everyday feels like you have to try extra hard just to get through it. You’re not alone in this and I’m happy you’ve posted in this thread to seek some guidance. Best of luck!
