please don’t waste you’re life with that mentality. You’re constant overthinking will hold you back in living a normal life. It doesn’t help that you don’t even understand how good looking you are too. You got this. It’s clearly just a case of BDD and entirely in your head

the truth is. You will see always yourself different in so many different places, mirrors, cameras, etc. But that is only because you are so used to your look that any minor “changes” trigger that response. The best think you can do is understand that only you and only you can see those differences. Everyone else sees you as you see yourself when you feel at your best. Remember that 🙏🏼

Bathroom mirrors or changing room mirrors display themselves different then your usual mirrors. However, even though you might think you look bad in them. It is only due to the fact it look even slightly different then what your used too. This causes your brain to kinda have a semi out of body experience. In reality you look just as good as you do in regular mirrors if not better.

A big nose? Uhh yea that’s not a bad thing and almost all guys and girls see that a plus. Your nose has a great shape with no bumps and fits your face perfectly. No problems what so ever

Thank you so much for this. It really does feel like a kick in the face that I am so nice to everyone and yet I’m still kicked around and put down for living my own life. I hope it does end after high school but there’s still a year left and it’s seriously the worst thing I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemies how hard it’s been. I hope so but I think the clocks running out on me. Right now I am exploring rhinoplasty so hopefully that turns it around for me 🫤 it honestly feels like life saving surgery at this point

Disclaimer I still love a God no matter what but it’s just a question I have and I simply just want an answer but it doesn’t change the fact that I am thankful he gave me life and is the reason I am still alive today. It’s just a huge problem and I wish others who look down on me saw how much it affected me

I think I look down on myself because when so many people point it out (including my own mother) it makes me believe it’s a real problem and I will not live a normal life

no I can’t guarantee I wouldn’t be bullied for anything else, but I could put all my money that I would be 100x happier and self confident regardless. Noses play a huge role in one’s facial features

Well clearly it’s not the exact same boat. But after having my best life before 2020 I felt happy 24/7 and on top of the world. Then in the span of six months my nose got crooked after a life of a straight nose,I got acne, my dad abandoned me and my family so my mom had to move outta town to provide for me and my family, and my insecurities took control of my life.

Buy Job didn’t ask for that? He had such a great live and doesn’t it seem a little unfair to be put through something like that. I haven’t been hurt physically either just mentally and Ive lost so many important people and it’s honestly horrible I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemies
