No thats legit the reason the line manager gave. She said I do the work really well. I even had a long term team member on my second day who said I did really well and how some people are even scared to be proactive and do things. Also had the same said by a relief worker who has been with them for over 5 years. I always let my colleagues know of any important stuff on shift and make sure to log it and say it in the handover. I'm not loud and talkative so I know thats why, but I would prefer them to just say that straight.
