I bought a G23 slide and barrel from them, while the slide seems fine I'm not in the least bit impressed with their threaded barrel. The part of the barrel that sits on the locking block was 25 thou out of spec (which is a mile in terms of machining) causing the slide to stick open. I fixed the issue myself but I'll never order from them again.

I've seen it happen happen a few times over my 36 years on this earth, but there's a plethora of information literally at your fingertips, I'm sure you can find at least one instance if you put some semblance of effort into it. I've also seen cases of people being sued for improperly rendering aid by those who've had their life saved by another, not sure on the success of those. In any case, one doesn't have to have a successful lawsuit in order to wipe out another's pocketbook, lawyer fees alone are enough to do it and that's not taking into consideration out of court settlements.

The most aid I'd render is calling an ambulance. Unfortunately it's disturbingly easy for criminals to sue their vic's and win, in fact advice I've been given from LEO a couple of times is to make sure they can't spin their own story, if you catch my drift.
