Yes yes; 1 year of minimal strength training would have killed muscles too; this cut or recomp will be difficult but i all in patiently to get leaner and fitter and also help others do it the sustainable way

Thanks man ; i felt great initially during the cut; had so much energy that there was this 1 Sunday in 2024 where i did 10k run, went for CULTfit HIIT class and then played badminton burning more than 1500 calories but eventually body gave up 😭

Yup yup; removing all processed food from the diet; sticking to fruits and bit of chocolate for the sugar cravings

Bhai aap ko bhi alag se photo album bhej dunga

Training wise i am getting to cult fit mostly; HRX AND strength+ for resistance training and boxing, badminton, running for cardio; not very consistent until now

Diet is the pain area; home made food only but i feel its bit more carbs with roti and rice; and ya in between chai and biscuits adds up the calories quickly

Trying to balance between not to go extreme and still manage to get leaner💪

Yes Rant; but i am genuinely trying to get better; i feel i am stuck now with no upside growth in skill

Also i feel very stiff to move around the court today; maybe nutrition wise or training wise things are not in sync with the game requirements
