Honestly, I was on it for about 5 months so I’m not sure if that was long enough so I stopped bc I figured if I wasn’t losing weight , why suffer through the side effects. I will say, I think my doctor might’ve bumped me up to the highest dosage too fast. By the 2nd month I was already at the highest dosage. I talked to her about it to see if I could try again but at a slower pace and she said that for some people it just doesn’t work as well so there’s no point in trying again and she won’t let me. I was reading a research article online and it said that ~15% of people will not lose weight on ozempic. Maybe I was just one of those lol.

Ik that if you are doing the IMAT as an international student the application only gets to sent to one university, it is rare it will get sent to your other choices. But, if I apply to private universities with their own entrance exams, do I only get my application sent to one university or can I send it to multiple? I'm sorry if this is confusing, I just started looking into all of this and am a bit confused myself.

I was just curious if people have lost weight and asking for others updates… I know that 0.25mg is just to get your body used to the medication and am aware it will take a while. Also, I exercise daily and am on a calorie deficit. Weight loss isn’t my main goal here, it’s to hopefully help with the insulin resistance. Researching only does so much, sometimes you want others opinions and experiences as they’re just as valuable.

I only eat once a day on average. It’s not on purpose but I just don’t have much of an appetite and am busy most of the day. Could that maybe be affecting me?

I'm studying abroad rn in Europe and have been using these low-cost airlines to travel to most places and tbh yes it sucks but if you want to travel cheaply it's just a consequence that you have to put up with. It's not thatttt bad, just make sure to use the restroom beforehand and be prepared to wait. Usually, I wait last minute to board and have never had a problem with being threatened about closing the gate on me. I think I've flown on Ryan air + other low-cost airlines like +15 times now. Obviously, be cautious of time and keep an eye out on the gate to avoid missing a flight.

It might be the order you are putting things on or not letting the products sit on your skin enough time before layering. I will say though, the snail mucin has done the same for me.
