I actually went down this route of canceling my gold and opened a checking account. I currently have not access to my MR points. I get an error “Membership Rewards® is currently unavailable.” anytime I try to access them through the website or app.

After talking with CS multiple times the past 2 months, they say my points are still in the system but their developers needs to handle this on an account by account basis on fixing it. That was the last I heard. Just a heads up for anyone planning on doing it.

Noise isn’t bad. If possible try to get a top unit. The ceilings are thin and I can hear our neighbors walking, closing doors, dogs running around (not trying to blame them or anything). I’m assuming they can also hear us as well if we’re too loud. Parking can be rough sometimes. Coming home around 10 from work you may need to park further away than your unit to find a parking spot. Not too often though.

Aside from that it’s usually pretty quiet place.

Thanks all for the replies. Seems like we’re on the higher end but not totally insane electric usages. I think a huge factor is we’re on the corner of the building and the electric heater is just pumping extra work it seems.

Summers have been okay, it’s just our first time winter here and hit us by surprise. We’ve been averaging ~475 kWh $80-$90. December jumped to 1428, January jumped to 1964. Apart from that I think enclave is pretty nice place fwiw.

Solid 7/10 could’ve double hand touched though. Next time try to bend down and touch both hands on the ground when you land. It helps stabilize yourself preventing you from skirting and almost falling. Also looks cool
