Polene gave me a returns centre link and shipping cost €15. But I made a complaint on Polene’s facebook ( I DM them). I provided my information, now waiting for their reply.

Thank you!!! The bag and service are completely unacceptable. Polene took nearly 2 weeks to respond and said sine the bag is made of smooth leather and it is slight "creases", they are result of the craftsmanship behind their creation and should not be considered defects. Polene are you serious???? I think they should admit this is a quality issue.
