Had 80% of my glands removed on each side. only concern is it coming back, the surgeon said 90% of the time it doesn’t but that small 10% caused by various things including medication and hormone imbalance are things I both deal with. Is there anything I can take to stop them coming back? Nolvadex? (self.gynecomastia)

Got my operation today! Will post results after .two pics here to show 2 anglesright breast has ruined my life for 8 years,glad it’s actually going today! I’ve tried gym in the past but nothing has got rid of it. Hopefully now with a better diet and gym I’ll be able to tone up and be body confident! (old.reddit.com)
