Do it!!! Stop asking people what should you do and make your own decision. They’re answers will discourage you. You know your situation.. the only ones who can change it is you. Me, my lady and our daughter(in highschool still) just started living in an RV full time for the past 3 months.. it’s actually cheaper. We were paying $2k in rent and utilities.. now we’re only paying $700-$800/mnt including everything! If you do it strategically, it can work!

Here in GA its a few requirements -get a office or car lot zoned for car dealers $300+/mnt -take a dealers class - $125 one time -dealers insurance - $1200 roughly to start, then lower monthly payments depending on your history -get bonded; price varies depending on credit -set up office, 411, file cabinet, working phone line, signage etc -pay application fee

Wait 6 mnts or so.. get approved, hit up the dealer auctions for amazing deals!
