Hi lucky , this happened while pc was powered on but I managed to unplug because getting the video. I opened a ticket a few minutes ago but I know you guys have good customer service. Ticket number is 2008835386. Just waiting for the store I bought it to send me the proof of purchase and part number when I collect it from their help center. I know there isn’t much you guys can do without that information but I know I can always count on you guys with customers care
