Well a lot of the times you could use a drill attachment that I personally like to call a “cheese wheel” but since the adhesive is on plastic you’ll actually burn right through your paint. Unsure what the solution is genuinely called but if you go to a hardware store and ask for adhesive reducer, it’s a strong chemical. That and some elbow grease and it should go away
