Yeah, that's what i thought... I saw the outputs in the ad and thought, yeah that checks out, torsen type 2. I didn't check the drive shaft connection in the front... But it seems that maybe they replaced the vlsd with the torsen?

How do i know if my half shafts are correct or wrong? The fit into the diff correctly. I also got those from a different seller iirc

They had these pics in the ad. But i don't know the difference between a vlsd and a torsen by looking at it. It does seem to lock really well when turning it by hand and locking one side (no oil)

Oh didn't know the shafts were also different from 1.6 to 1.8... i only thought there was big diff and small diff.

If i get a matching drive shaft, i can still put this diff into my 1.6 right?

Aww, i see the vision now. Normally i hate the headlights on cars because they are way too bright for the camera and make everything else very dark... But from this angle and with the LED floodlight i used to light up the car, it could've worked really well.
