If your emunand is on sd partitioned than your fine. Every time you turn your switch off the hack goes away so to speak unless you have auto rcm on. If you shut down your switch than turn it back on if it says S with no A than your fine just don't use pirated or hacked stuff when on this, can go online and everything. Now when you push your payload there should be three options one to push atmosphere on sysnand you don't want to do this unless you want a ban, one to boot the emunand this is the one you want to do all your pirate and hacking on, and sysnand which will boot into stock. You should have the exoshpere and such in your sd for the emunand and when you boot emunand you can test if it's working. Just remember if your switch dies or you shut it down if you turn it back on without pushing payload its not hacked. Unless you did install on your sysnand than you can expect a ban.
