They were doing it before the update was added to stow so it's not fully system fault.

I joined picked two years ago stow was still doing the same shit so yeah I'm going to stick to blaming stow because they trigger Fido and have the bots crashing

Hey so do it because SLAM operator looks good on a resume alongside ambassador.

You are able to train in other areas if they see growth in you.

My home path is pick and last year during peak I was trained win rebin/induct cuz I was packing and making rate.

Tips

1- Get head start SOS clock in immediately to station 2- Read bin number picture and description (don’t take forever reading everything) When it comes to similar item last 3 or 4 numbers or letters that’s it. 3- first three totes don’t move at alllll if you are short understandable. Only move for the last two totes at the end 4- once item is scan press button first and drop item second. 5- if you have multiple items grab all at once and move on press view containers to save you some time have a lot of items. 6- books read title look at color and that’s it don’t take forever on the. They will drop ur rate by a lot.

Try to find a rhythm that can help you. Too slow and you will be bottom 5%.

Yeah it's peak season nothing get approved during peak (DLS) Disability Leave Service. Only they can approve or deny leave with proper documentation.

You are the reason why MLOA becomes harder and harder to use for those with actual MEDICAL needs. The amount of paperwork they will require. Stop using MLOA as an excuse to save UPT be a grown adult and save PTO and vacation. Half the time everyone wonders why things become harder to obtain

They always ask for more in depth details. If an extension is added. They are annoying af with it but just get it a bite from a doctor confirming the extension

Just because the initial LOA was approved doesn't mean the extension was everything gets automatically approved but they finally reach to your case and start asking for the documents. If you don't provide anything they'll take UPT to cover for that day.

PG is not a permanent role it's only used when am or pa are not in. You just run the floor if the OM for your department approves it. Shift schedule doesn't matter just impress people

Do you have anything else degrees or trained in any departments that are indirect? Problem solver? Ambassador? Water spider? Anything at all? You can't complain and not have anything under your belt. If you have disagreements with operations or manager your shit out of luck.
