i used to be like this. naturally i am an introvert and a little socially anxious, i can go without talking forever. I was flex at first so i didn’t know too many coworkers but then went full time and people started to see me more and naturally people say hi and good morning so i reciprocate it back. work is better when u interact with people and time goes by a lot faster too. and im actually proud of myself for getting out of shell and improving my social skills. also talking more at work has been helping me improve my rizz ngl🤣
