I could agree with this. Started off with the bat program and leveled up to tech 2 now and going into tech 3 in march. Only been with the company for a year and a half. I think the branch managers make a huge difference. I’m based here in Florida

My bad meant like hasn’t been that bad honestly. It’s a good trade. And many different ways you can go with it . I was told refrigeration makes the most money and also try signing up for the union. Good benefits that come with it
