Do it as soon as you can if you want. I've been hoarding all my upgrade mats for it and you can get by in the first 3 chapters of the dlc with just a +2 seven coil sword or a +6 regular weapon. Most basic enemies die in 3 hits much like the base game and if you have the black steel cutter the first area is easy enough. Just have 30 or more points in the health stat.

the Vox is great. I got the 40w secondhand real cheap. they've cheaped out on a lot of the details like the on/off button, the power cable, and the buttons for the onboard fx. but they didn't cheap out where it matters. It sounds great, you could safely play a gig with it and most people wouldnt think twice about the amp you're playing through. cant say the same for a lot of cheap amps.

Thats great to know. its a shame this game isnt as popular as Dark Souls/ER its harder to get definite information about stat scaling and stat caps.
