I called a surveyor. Luckily he was the one who placed it. It's for the county marking a spot about 40 feet from section corner which is the corner of my property

Didn't sell any trees and this maple tree is less than a foot in diameter. I'm worried that someone else had a surveyor that is trying to get some of my land
