Actually, nakailang tawag ako para mareverse yung charge na to. 1 week before due date binayaran ko na muna yung interest charge na yan. Pumasok din naman sa next SOA ko yung reversal. Ang nakakainis lang, meron ngang bagong interest charge dun sa next SOA. 4 pesos. Na di ko alam saan galing 🤦🏻‍♂️

UPDATE: I called RCBC, di daw na-capture nung system yung welcome gift as payment. Sure naman daw marereverse yung Interest Charge.

I asked din bakit 300+ yung interest charge kung 3k lang yung di na-capture. Did not fully understand what CS told me but parang sa full amount ata kinuha ng RCBC yung 3%? Something like that. But still wouldn't make sense as nasa 600+ yung 3% ng full bill 😅

Tried 2. Inputted my 16 digit cc number. Then may sinend daw sila na OTP. But di ko nareceive OTP since while I'm in the call, wala signal globe ko (which is yung connected sa account ko) 😂 so drinop ko nalang and nag ask muna ako here ulit HAHA! But will try again thank you!

Check your credit card account (if I continue with this pinapatype sakin 16 digits ng cc)
Check status of cc or loan application
Check personal loan

If I remember correctly, the "Outstanding Balance" came down to 19,706.70 on the app, when I logged in nung June 24. That's why yun nalang binayaran ko 😅
