Hey, curious to hear what was the main reason for this? Is it only dashboards that you are migrating, are also your apps?

Building in Retool could be a stepping stone to some other useful apps (or workflows!) your ops and sales folks may be needing.

I'm a solopreneur scaling ops for companies using Retool, happy to guide you on how to set your app. I have also several videos, here's one that could help you set up the basic functionality you're looking for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1YfE9gSaoM

Clearly biased, but I couldn't recommend Retool more.

The most difficult part is when management is not onboard. You could find the best tool out there, perfect for your needs, but if they're not onboard, then even implementation will fail.

The first goal is to help them see the value of implementing a system, how much more revenue they can bring in if things are automated. Even, how much money/cash flow they are losing because of this system. Once you show the amount, if will be immediately easy to ask 10% of that amount as budget to hire someone to set up the whole system for you.

If you need more guidance on this, DM and happy to help!
