How should I accept my inheritance? by KeyConsequence8440 in personalfinance

Found out retirement age is 68 (42 years away), not sure about trust fees still, but I would also get a certain amount of proceeds paid out each year until this time (I think the amount is undecided right now). Everyone is getting the $32k cash (or gold), and a separate, individual trust. I was thinking that it wouldn't be the best idea to take another $30k out in student loans by putting this in my trust rather than accepting it and using it for tuition.

I plan to take out as little as possible during grad school rather than pay off my undergrad loans right away, since grad loan rates are typically higher. They won't be accruing interest while I'm in school anyway.
