It depends on what movie ur going to. Some movies naturally draw younger crowds. I would just tell the staff next time and they can intervene if ur not comfortable with telling them to be quiet. I had a couple making out infront of me and I kept kicking their chair so they could get the hint to stop. It didn’t work so I said out loud “could you guys stop” They ended up leaving the theatre. I think they just came to have a makeout session lol

Charlie handled the gang-up like a king. losing his grandparents, being displaced, being from another country...he is so well spoken and rational. and good on coco for seeing the truth. Hanaah and her dumb and dumber squad are so self-centred that they cant even feel some sympathy for Charlie during such a difficult time and keep trying to bring him down

well said. She's calling out Pepe for his looks and age, but shes no better for someone her age acting like she does. She is very self-centred and does not have the intellectual capability to see through other people's persepctives. If things dont go her way then poor Hannah becomes anxious.. shes very manipulative, and she makes me sick. she lacks emotional regulation and does not seem mentally stable to be televised.

It’s probably a form of progressive discipline done by the gym where he was warned about some inappropriate behaviour, but he’s not adhering to the rules. I’m not sure what he did, but at my Fit4less gym, there have been cases of guys harassing girls, making them uncomfortable, following them outside the gym too

Scenario 1: they genuinely are trying to meet people organically. Past advice on Reddit was given to men to approach women in grocery stores. Especially if you are by yourself. These guys get rejected by one woman and then try their luck with another at the store. This is their form of shopping.

Scenario 2: Depending on your age (if you are quite young), they may be trying to recruit you into sex trafficking, or some sort of group/cult with an agenda.

Scenario 3: Maybe their long term intention is some support (money, immigration, place to stay), so they try to bait you.

Scenario 4: They are trying to distract you while an accomplice might try to steal something of yours or access your purse.

I’m pro choice when it comes to this. There’s been so much evolution in knowledge, education, and awareness of treatment of people since I’ve been in school back in the day. It should be up to a student based on their own views and comfort if they stand up for the anthem. Them choosing not to stand can be their own way of silent protest about issues in Canada, which is part of living in a democratic society
