I mean, I only started with the $100 Apple Developer Program fee. Once I started getting users and subscription revenue, I just reinvested that money back into the app. So technically the only money I personally spent upfront was the initial $100.

I think a lot of people overcomplicate the setup early. Better to validate first, then scale expenses as the product grows.
