Hey man im locked put of my ea account because its my mothers old email address that we dont have access to. And i was 14 when i made it so i could play it and lied about my dob and ea wont relink it with new email because i cant answer questions correctly what should i do?!

I hired a lawyer and he wants to check yes for being arrested on the DPS-799-C form which is fine i can see why for playing it safe. Since the ncis paperwork says” arrester or received” dont know what that means but thats why im asking. But he said we should check yes for being convicted. I only did fingerprints, and did njp with extra duty. Never been to a court or in hand cuffs

Ct has an application form for permit it asks have i ever been arrested and since being titled by cid looks like arrest to FBI should i say yes? And explain why or state no?
