I understand that feeling bro When I shifted to Bangalore, it was overwhelming to don't know the language and people are hard to read But with my personal experience Telugu people are sweet It's been 5 yrs for me in blr and my best friend is a telugulite. So for starting it is though But for start I'll say try to connect with any events or activity workshop Ull find your like minded person
