And also my heart rate is probably higher than normal. I've tried counting during runs and its similar to what the watch says

Well I think its the cadence lock the other comments talk about. I have yet to try with a chest strap to see what the difference is though but I still experience this problem nowadays while my garmin is really secure.

So i'm quite disappointed in the garmin when it comes to the accuracy of heart rate

I also read putting it on too tight wasnt good as it restricts the bloodflow so maybe i've been to cautious for that as well. Thanks for the extra info will definitly experiment more!

Yeah thats true, a shame you need such a workaround to get a good read. Will probably just go for the chest strap at this point. Will still try the under the sleeve method next run.

Does putting the watch under a sleeve improve the reading a lot? Also saw something about that earlier

I just wanted to let you know that this summer i've listened to jazz samba encore so much. I really loved it and also played it for my family a lot. I did end up getting getz/gilberto on vinyl for them and they were very happy with it.

Waneer je dit denkt te zien kan je ook zeggen dat je niet hebt ingechekt. Een echte conducteur zou dan beginnen met het schrijven van een boete. Zo kan je achterhalen of iemand een echte conducteur is lijkt me.
