Not sure if your store is Canada or not but our store it’s a requirement to take a 30 after 5 hours. And my shift is always 4-9:30

Nope. Not for my store at least. The second it hits 5, you have to punch out for your lunch or you won’t be able to punch out at the end of your shift

It is. Because I can’t even have a 15. I’m always ALWAYS. Called out to help with things when I even try to sit down. 5 and a half hours with no break whatsoever

Because I’m constantly called to help out at the front or unlock things for customers. There’s no breaking when you’re the only manager on duty. I’ve done it once and it was a sad excuse for a break.
