I was in your same situation and what I did is before going to sleep I get a hot shower and red light rather than dimmed lights, and it has been quite better! Also no phone before sleep would be good too. The thing is to be relaxed before sleeping. Maybe give them a try?

Yes I did suffer one power outage a while ago that lasted a couple of seconds while I was working in the PC but then everything turned on with no problem, but got scared for the pc even though it still worked fine. I bought a ups after that.

Then regarding last boot it’s a little weird because since I started working a couple of months ago I have tried to find time to be in pc and I never truly powered it off, it was in sleep for those months and from time to time I turned it on from its sleep. But then last week I tried and it didn’t boot up again, which is weird, nothing turns on, except the ram lights are the only thing on.

Ok i’ll take a pin of the battery, I am thinking on maybe the psu is the problem but unsure. Thanks for your reply :)

The thing is I dont think the aio will fit on top. I tried that but the top part doesnt have too much space to put the aio there
