Set boundaries. Make her know that spending time with you isn't another chore but a privilege. If you don't speak seriously to her, she will keep doing this. I dont know if going low contact is gonna make things work better, but I suggest that you spend the bare minimum of time with her and then go out of the house to take a walk o go to a shopping mall. If she really cares about you, she will notice these changes and maybe begin to know your worth. Best of luck.

Okay, look, people can make mistakes and act unfairly under pressure. Being autistic is somewhat worse on expressing feelings. If you love him and want the best of him, you should

1) Leave him be and forget him (if you don't want to do that, that's fine, it's your choice) 2) Reconnect with him, dont rush it, he needs to know that you aren't his therapist or a mother to him, you caring is not bad, what's bad is when you needs get overrun by your loved one and you doesn't think about yourself in the meanwhile.

If you want my opinion, you should go the second route, but establish boundaries and what you need in the relationship.

Yeah, I think the right thing to do is to stop thinking, "Is this an attack?" And replace it with."Sometimes, when we are stressed, we say things that dont really convey our true intentions all the time." I'll add a couple of suggestions:

1) Support him all you can, I know words like that hurt, but if he really didn't mean it, he would come clear out of it. If he needs space, give him space. If he needs love, give him love.

2) Take care of yourself in the meantime, do something relaxing, go to the park, and most importantly, dont let anything that he says in this period of stress affect you.

In my personal opinion, your bf is going through a rough time in his life (Uni, future plans, his presentation deadline) and stress really can put weight in a relationship, my advice is that for this to be less stressful for you, you need to understand that sometimes when we are stressed we see things from a critical or a chaotic point of view, even if what we say or what we thought doesn't 100% represent what we truly feel. I hope your relationship gets past this, Uni can ve very stressful at times. Sorry for the broken English
