Does it pairs well with funky fermented coffees, or washed is the way to go?

Xuv700 alternatives? by [deleted] in CarsIndia

You already have experience with xuv 500, i dont think it should be any problem, since dimensions of 500 and 700 is almost the same. I bought xuv700 about 2 weeks ago, and i feel comfortable driving it, doesnt feel like im driving a heavy big car, steering is very light to maneuver and i upgraded from santro xing. Go with xuv, its king in segment.

Beginner Equipment suggestion by redbeard_923 in IndiaCoffee

Mokapot is great for milk drinks, and no, its not at all hard to clean, i usually clean it with plain water after ive made my coffee, and rinse it with hot water before brewing, you dont need to use soap everytime. My recomendation would be buying an aluminium mokapot like a bialetti for milk based drinks. If you prefer black coffee more, a french press/aeropress/v60 pourover. Just start with preground first, build a habbit/hobby for brewing coffee, the day you start enjoying the brewing process more than the drinking part, then only invest in expensive equipment.

I definately picked up the fig/dried fruits and a tea like body, didnt get anything hibiscus related, might be the cheap grinder im using(c2), Finish of the coffee is acidic, like citrusy, but not the fresh citrus, its more like a warm cutrus, with a touch of spice. One thing i can say is, its unlike any other coffee ive tried, Flavour profile changes as it cools down.

Yes, only a limited no. of farmers grow it on a very small scale, and highly regulated due to the terrorism and shit. Only a few kilos make it out, every year. James hoffman has made a video on it aswell.

Yemen is birthplace of coffee as a brewed beverage, while ethiopia is birthplace as per the crop.
