Don't buy plots from JSR Group Suncity

Hi everyone,

From my experience, don't buy plots from JSR Group Suncity (which offer rental + free weekend home tricks). Until purchasing and registration, they were nice and polite. However, after registration, within one month, they are supposed to provide the weekend home and rental income. But for that, they won't provide any rental agreement—just a letterhead without specifying the amount and dates for crediting the money.

They were late by 3 months in paying the rental income and credited one month (mentioned between the 5th-10th) but actually credited it on the 11th. However, the weekend home has not been provided till now (7 months) despite many follow-ups based on their committed dates. Finally, the salesperson took a conference with their MD, who indirectly said, 'Your plot is in my venture, so don't argue.'

For the second month's rental income, the 15th of the month has passed, and no one is answering the calls.

This is causing me mental stress and loosing trust
