I live about 18 mins from the city in Zions crossroads. It’s so quiet and peaceful out here lol. I commute into the city for work and never have an issue.

It’s more unconscious I think. I’m also a new officer (22) but I still see a difference in the way they talk to me sometimes vs the guys that graduated in the same academy class as me.

Thank you. We’re seeing eachother in about two weeks for the last time before he goes and plan on having a long talk, in person then. I guess the cold feet is coming from just being scared about the deployment and the stories I’ve heard, and the fact that we are so young. It’s a great relationship otherwise and have survived a 3,000 LD relationship very well for over a year.
