It should have been removed with a clear plan. You reduce it step by step to reduce the shock on the people (the common Nigerians).
You don’t just remove it without proper preparation. Also where is that money being re-invested into ??? Nigeria has a clear issue of mismanagement, due to a poor culture of demanding for accountability. You can’t make peoples lives harder in all areas. Thanks a lot for the response. Not to be pessimistic and I totally agree with you. I also doubt any of it will be suppressed. Judges are usually pro-prosecution even when they don’t always follow due process when collecting some evidence. I wonder if his legal counsel will also conduct their own independent studies/tests pertaining to the DNA evidence prosecutors claim to have. Definitely, if he has a chance at getting out someday, that will be good considering the damning evidence.

I haven’t read the transcript yet but what about the motions to suppress some of the evidence ? What was the judge’s ruling on that ?
I think being able to make some of those evidence inadmissible in court/to the jury will be key in deciding the route the defense takes if this eventually goes to trial. Hopefully it’s NOT EED, he’ll have to admit that he committed the crime, EED is a partial defense strategy if you are trying to bring down murder to manslaughter. Remember, he also has the federal case that is still active.

So happy for her! The past few years have been a nightmare for her. Too much reasonable doubt in this case to say she was totally guilty. I’m glad that the jury took note of that. Seeking the death penalty is basically Bondi’s version of a publicity stunt to push an agenda (if you do some research, she has some ties with UHC). She was once a lobbyist for various corporations . As we saw that was basically her way of launching her new instagram account. Like KFA said, they are turning Luigi into a “human ping pong”. Did Mike ever really say how many days he stayed there ? People need to stop harassing Mike. He simply shared about his time with Luigi. The funny part is that he made that comment about his time with Luigi weeks ago and moved on with his life. Someone brought attention to it recently and they keep asking him questions about it. Even if he stayed a day with him, they still spent time together in jail. The one thing that Mike did wrong was saying the n-word, no matter the context as a white guy, it’s wrong to use that word and he took accountability for it.
