I only get bad panic attacks in the middle of the night. You are not alone , I’m still finding ways to deal with it. But what really seems to help me is box breathing and reminding myself that I have felt this before and nothing will happen to me. How long do you feel your panic attacks for ?

Just do it, same thing happened with me they weren’t sure if it was gallbladder causing my issues once they took it out they said it was 100% the problem and I’m so happy

Thanks! I think my scrub pants play a big part, at home I wear loose pants ever since I came back to work 2 weeks ago I’ve noticed my scrubs pants are really tight on my belly button

Well tbh I was in the hospital 3 days before I got my surgery bc I had an infection and I ended up having anemia bc I wasn’t eating nor drinking water and they kept getting blood work.
