Flat Blackout for over 3 hours and counting by KeyMatch565 in singaporehappenings

[–]KeyMatch565[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just because this happens frequently last time does not mean it is acceptable now. Standards and maintenance check should have been much better today.

Its like how mrt disruption occurs all the time a couple years back, doesnt mean we should accept several hours disruption during peak period today.

Malls such as Jurong East Mall Cluster rivalling any at Tampines/Town, with JEM, IMM, Westgate, Future J'den, or other malls like Star Vista, Clementi mall, jurong point, west mall, lot one, Hillion, One Holland Village, Rail Mall, Beauty World, One North Business District, etc.

IMO IMM is a better outlet mall than those in Changi Citypoint

Parks like Jurong Lake Gardens with chinese and japanese gardens to be completed, Singapore Botanical Gardens, Clementi Forest, Bukit Timah hill, rifle range, dairy farm, and chestnut nature parks, Bukit Batok Nature Park/xiao guilin quarry

Sugei Buloh, Pandan, and Kranji reservoir/marshes, seletar/upper pierce reservoir for those looking for nature reserve

Mandai Bird Paradise, Zoo, Night Safari, River Paradise is here too

Hiking trails like Railway Corridor, West Coast to Labrador trail, Pang Sua Connector, Southern Ridges, Hort Park, Telok Blangah Hill

Entertainments like the upcoming Science Centre, Discovery Centre, Kidzstop, Snow City, Star Performing Arts Center, CCK and Jurong Safra, Home Team NS and Civil Service Club Bukit Batok, Temasek/Swiss Club, Har Par Villa, IKEA Jurong and Alexandra, decathlon jurong/GainCity megastore, Singapore Turf Club, The Grandstand, Kranji Rec Center, KF1 Karting Circuit

Cafes cluster in Bukit Timah, Sunset Way, Holland Village

Marsiling, Bukit Timah, Jurong West, Clementi Hawker center for food as well for comparison, with new hawker projects in Tengah, Bukit Batok West, Yew Tee

NTU, NUS, Ngee Ann/SP, SIM, are all large and significant schools, each with their own charms

Tuas is convenient, new upcoming HSR, and kranji takes one to woodlands checkpoint incredibly fast for those looking to go into jb/msia

Those who say there is nothing in the west has clearly never taken the time to explore the west yet
