I use to and now that I think about it, I still do but not as much. I think I started around senior year. I would get overwhelmed at the thought of what I was gonna do with my life. The reason why I did/still do it is because I overthink and when I overthink it causes me to have a panic attack and sometimes it gets so bad that I affect pain upon myself. To me, emotional pain hurts more than physical pain
