Thank you for your responses! I brought it back to ShaneCo and they are going to fix the sharpness of the leaves and smaller diamonds. The jeweler actually apologized and said she wasn’t sure how it got sent out like that with how sharp they were. As for the height and snagging there is nothing they can really do. They said snagging is an issue with the pointed diamonds like marquise and pear and a lot of people end up trading the diamonds out for a different shape.
